Yoga classes for children are held Tuesday afternoons 4pm and 4:30pm

Times: 4:00-4:30pm Baby to 5 years old

4:30-5:30pm 6-11 years old

Would you like me to come and teach yoga to your kids?

Gather up a group of children, pick a date and my children’s yoga classes travel.

Class Size: Up to 20 children

Adults Needed: 1-2 for assistance

Cost: $10 per child, 5 child minimum

Would you like yoga for home school with your children?

Ajeet can travel to your family with yoga songs, postures and fun mediations

Class Size: Up to 2 siblings with parent

Cost: $50 for an hour session.

Materials: Yoga mats are good, a carpeted or wood floor and small blankets.

What your child will gain from yoga: It will give them increased body awareness, focus, silence and calm. It balances the hemispheres in their brain, improves their communication and helps with digestion. For moms and dads, healthy lifestyle changes, meditation with their kids and better and improved sleep. “It helps children to grow and glow” as Yogi Bhajan says and it gives them tools they can use their whole life.
