Series Description:
- Learn dynamic Kundalini Yoga kriyas to open all the energy channels in the body
- Dance to sacred mantras to transform, inspire and awaken the untapped human potential in the body,
- Learn basic kirtan mantras from the Sikh and yoga tradition,
- Learn breath of fire, basic spinal energy series and various pranayam,
- Learn meditations and mudras for each one of the chakras,
- Gain insight and body-mind awareness into the more subtle realms of energy
